      Using the Multi-tenant option/feature

      • The Orpheus platform is available in a multi-tenanted format. So if you want to be able to use this feature, firstly you need to make sure that it has been enabled by contacting your account manager.
      • But if we assume that it has, then this is the function here that will allow you to switch tenant. So right now you're viewing the your risk tab for your organization, and the third party risk tab will show the third parties that you have decided to populate in here.
      • If you want to switch this, then we just click onto switch tenant, and we have Orpheus enabled as the tenant that you can switch to.
      • This could be multiple tenants here, we just have the one in this example. So you would click on that, click confirm, and then this will switch so that you now see the Orpheus third parties rather than third parties for your organization.
      • And if we go back to the your risk tab, you are now viewing this as Orpheus rather than your organization.
      • It's gonna show you that you are in the multi-tenant format because this is now highlighted in gold. So if you want to switch back and view your organization again or switch to an alternative, then you can come here and either click cancel or click back to my organization.
      •  And that's taking you back to viewing your risk and the third party risk as your company rather than one of your tenants.
